10 Best Walt Disney World Snacks

If you’re looking for a great snack at Walt Disney World, you have so many options! To help you choose, and make the most of your money (or Disney Dining Plan credits), here’s our list of ten delicious WDW snacks and where to find them.

Dole Whip Float

One of the most popular snacks in Disney World, the Dole Whip Float is pineapple soft served with pineapple juice. Sounds simple, but is so refreshing and delicious. You can find this tangy treat at Aloha Isle in Adventure Land, just across from Aladdin’s Magic Carpets, or at the Pineapple Lanai at the Polynesian resort.

Popcorn

You might be thinking, popcorn, really? But there’s something special about popcorn in Disney World. Maybe it’s just the smell that pulls you in, but it always hits the spot. You can find popcorn carts all across WDW, but rumor is that the popcorn cart in Magic Kingdom, just inside the entrance is the best.

Beignets

If you are staying at Port Orleans French Quarter, or have time to stop by, try the powdered sugar drenched beignets at the Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory. If you have a sweet tooth, these pastries will definitely satisfy!

Mickey Ice Cream Bar

What could be more classic Disney than the Mickey Premium Ice Cream bar? Sure, it’s hard to eat on a hot day, and you’ll probably drop pieces of the hard chocolate candy shell, but that’s part of the experience! Just grab some extra napkins – it’s absolutely worth it. Look for Mickey bars at carts throughout Walt Disney World.

Mickey Pretzels

Another classic Disney snack – and everything tastes better when it’s shaped like Mickey Mouse! You can find these all over Disney property as well.

Cupcakes

Walt Disney World knows what they’re doing when it comes to cupcakes. Two of our favorites are the Chocolate Peanut Butter cupcake and the Butterfinger cupcake. Just look how high that Butterfinger cupcake is stacked above the wrapper! Check out an awesome list of Disney World Cupcakes over at the DisneyFoodBlog.com. (Note that the White Chocolate Elephant cupcake may no longer be available.)

Carrot Cake Cookie

Another must on any trip to Walt Disney World, the Carrot Cake Cookie is two layers of amazing carrot cake with cream cheese frosting in the middle. Bring a friend, because this cookie is definitely big enough to share! You can find the carrot cake cookie at Sweet Spells on Sunset Boulevard at Hollywood Studios.

Cronut

A cross between a croissant and a donut, this is a must have snack on every trip to Epcot.
You can find cronuts at the Refreshment Port, located at the entrance to The World Showcase.

Zebra Domes

It wouldn’t be a proper list of Disney snacks without mentioning Zebra Domes. Zebra Domes are made with a thin cake base, an Amarula Cream Liquor mousse enrobed in white chocolate, and a drizzle of chocolate and chocolate shavings. You can find this amazing dessert at the Boma buffet restaurant and The Mara quick service, both at Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Mini Donuts

If Blizzard Beach is part of your next trip to Walt Disney World, add a stop at the Mini Donuts stand. These mini fried donuts covered in sugar are the right combination of crispy, soft, and sweet. The sugar is added while the donuts are still hot, so it melts into the donut and parts of it even caramelize.
